Launch Phase Extension

“Claims Check Form”  is the only launch phase extension (http://tools.ietf.org/html/draft-tan-epp-launchphase-12)  implemented in SRS.

Perform an EPP check command with phase launch extension for claims.

The Early Access Program Registrar Integration Guide document has the formal syntax and detailed explanation of its use with the EPP protocol.
