Error message -- "Does not meet password requirements"

Q. Please explain this error message received when attempting to  [create contact].   [Does not meet password requirements].  Please explain the reason for this error.  

A. The reason for this error message is that the password for the contact does not meet password requirements:

• All password must be 8-32 characters long.
• The password must contain at least one of each of the following three character types:
• alphabetic character: ‘a’ – ‘z’, ‘A’ – ‘Z’;
• numeric character: ‘0’ – ‘9’;
• special character: ‘!’, ‘”‘,’#’, ‘$’, ‘%’, ‘&’, ‘‘’, ‘(‘, ‘)’, ‘*’, ‘+’, ‘,’, ‘-‘, ‘.’, ‘/’, ‘:’, ‘;’, ‘<‘, ‘=’, ‘>’, ‘?’, ‘@’, ‘[‘, ‘\’, ‘]’, ‘^’, ‘_’, ‘`’, ‘{‘, ‘|’, ‘}’, ‘~’

Example of valid password would be: tervdi@65809
